Where are you headed this fall: CU Boulder

If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: I’ll miss my mom, my soccer team, skiing and being surrounded by mountains.

In 10 years you’ll be: Happy, having fun and traveling all over.

Favorite class you took: AP Biology with Mr. Caudill!

Favorite memory from any year: Having thanksgiving dinner in my Calculus class

Give a shout out: To my mom for being my biggest motivation!

Summer plans: This summer I plan to visit a new beach before heading to college.

Where are you headed this fall: I’m headed to CU Boulder this fall.

If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: I will miss the snowy slopes and the soccer fields in Gypsum

In 10 years you’ll be: I’ll be settled in my career and hopefully ready to start a family.

Favorite class you took: Calculus, the challenge brings out the best out of me.

Class you wish had been offered: I wish I would have been offered a Portuguese class.

Jaycey Beard

Favorite school moment from any year: Being on Link Crew my junior and senior years, to welcome freshmen on their first day of school.

Give a shout out: My family, coaches, teachers, and teammates. I appreciate all of the people in this community that have helped me.

Summer plans: I plan to work as a landscaper this summer.

Where are you headed this fall: McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: My family and friends– the whole small town community support.

In 10 years you’ll be: A radiologists assistant

Favorite class you took: Honors Anatomy and Physiology with Mrs. Kienzle.

Class you wish had been offered: Yoga

John Linn

Vail Mountain School

Favorite moment or memory from any school year: Beating Battle Mountain in lacrosse on Senior Day this year.

Summer plans: I will be traveling to Kenya with Students Shoulder-to-Shoulder in late June and early July and then will spend the rest of the summer in the valley.

Where are you headed this fall: After taking a year off, I will be attending Regis University in Denver.

What will you miss most about Eagle County: Being close to the mountains and being able to ski every weekend.

In 10 years, you’ll be: I’m not entirely sure yet, but the dream would be living and working in the Vail Valley while playing and/or coaching soccer.

Favorite class you took: 11th grade Chemistry with Mr. Sappenfield

McKella Walsh

Favorite school moment from any year: Going to NYC with choir junior year.

Summer plans: My summer plans are to hang out with my friends as much as possible and to enjoy my last summer.

Where are you headed this fall: I’m moving to Southern California, to go to school to be a makeup artist.

If you’re leaving Eagle County, what will you miss most: I’ll miss my friends the most.

In 10 years you’ll be: Hopefully working for a celebrity as their personal makeup artist.

Favorite class you took: Choir, this is the one class that I have taken all 4 years.

Class you wish had been offered: I wish song writing class would have been offered.
