Dubbed “a new collaboration of compassion, generosity, and service,” The HUB office building for Eagle River Valley nonprofits recently opened in EagleVail.

Located at 20 Eagle Road, The HUB occupies the former Warner Building and offers discounted nonprofit rental rates for a wide range of organizations the founders hope will “become a beacon of the human spirit and collective impact,” according to a recent press release.

The HUB is being marketed by the founding 4 Eagle Foundation as “a testament to the power of unity and the enduring spirit of service that defines Eagle County.”

“Thanks to the visionary efforts of the 4 Eagle Foundation, this former Warner Building has been transformed into a vibrant center for philanthropy and collaboration,” the release reads. “More than just a physical space, The HUB offers affordable office and conference facilities, fostering an environment where nonprofits can thrive together. It provides an essential platform for engaging with the community, donors, and supporters, ensuring that the mission of service reaches far and wide.”

The HUB will serve as home to a wide range of nonprofits, each dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Eagle County residents:
