Brunch is synonymous with Ludwig’s at the Sonnenalp Hotel Vail, but when it’s Mother’s Day, expect to find a few more extra special touches. The buffet will feature all sorts of ways to serve eggs — from fried or poached to boiled or in omelets. Add in the seafood like crab cake Benedicts, and lobster or pile your plate with biscuits and gravy, empanadas or chilaquiles, quiche hash browns, bacon — and that’s all before you’ve even seen the desserts and fresh pastries. The price is $90 per person, add $35 for the bottomless mimosas and bloody marys. Reservations are required at OpenTable.com.
Eagle Ranch Golf Club Grille
At the Eagle Ranch Golf Club Grill, it doesn’t matter if Mom is a golfer or not, she’s invited to come and enjoy avocado toast and a mimosa for $18 on Sunday. Enjoy the view from the patio and if golf is on the agenda for Mom, Eagle Ranch Golf Club is offering 18 holes (with cart) for $60 and 9 holes (with cart) for $40.
