No race on Saturday? No problem, there are still plenty of things to do up at Beaver Creek during the Stifel Birds of Prey World Cup weekend. Birds of Prey Way is where all the vendor booths are located throughout the entire weekend. Consider it a farmers market, but there’s no produce, just tent after tent full of interesting products, delicious samples, innovative fashion and fun SWAG (stuff we all get) for you to collect.
New this year you’ll find a familiar fashion brand, J. Crew. The established label has created a collection with the U.S. Ski Team that launches in January. To get everyone excited about this new collab, J. Crew is touring around at different U.S. Ski Team events to promote the new line. In addition to the Beaver Creek stop, they will be in Aspen and Deer Valley, revealing more and more of the collection at each place. Spin the wheel to earn items like lip balm, bells, goggle covers, pins and stickers in fun motifs that are in the collection. If you spin the wheel right, you may walk away with J. Crew’s fun new cashmere beanies and socks.

Speaking of fashion, Alpine Revival is throwing it back a few decades with its vintage-inspired modern-made knitwear for men and women. The Jackson Hole-based brand is also teaming up with local Kerry Roach, owner of Skipper and Scout boutique in Vail, and showcasing her wide array of colorful Moon Boots in the booth.
“Kerry and I grew up together,” said Heather Featherman, who created Alpine Revival with her partner, A.J. Cargill. “I think our sweaters and her Moon Boots complement each other really well.”
Featherman said the sweaters they’ve created are made from performance cashmere that is functional, stylish, fashionable and durable.

“We’ve spent our lives as professional skiers. So for us, this is an extension of what is really important to us,” Featherman said. “The ski sweater is the most iconic piece of ski wear that dates back to the earliest days of skiing. So, we wanted to revive that and be the legacy in the industry that’s brought us so much joy and happiness.”

“The Moon Boot is such an iconic piece of winter fashion, it’s fun but also functional. You can wear these boots all day and your feet don’t get cold,” Roach said. “We’ve stocked all sizes and colors here at the booth and we’re here all the way through Sunday.”
Krimson Klover returns again this year with amazing alpaca sweaters or the Boulder-based brand’s iconic illustrated base layers. Stop by the Krimson Klover booth and play some plinko or check out the make your own bead bar.
To keep yourself going, grab a caffeinated beverage from CELSIUS. Stop by the CELSIUS booth for a complimentary cans of CELSIUS including its limited time offering, Spritz Vibe, all weekend long. They will also have bandanas, wallets, Colorado stickers, draw string bags and water bottles.
Like diamonds? And we’re not talking double black diamonds on the ski slopes, we’re talking the real thing. Bling yourself out with ski racing and snowflake inspired jewelry by Double Diamond Jewelry from Lake Tahoe. The snowflake jewelry collection is made from the image of real snowflakes and are then placed into a CAD image and then made into gorgeous jewelry.
“This year’s snowflake jewelry is from a picture that was actually photographed by local photographer, Lisa Seaman, just about a month ago during one of your first snowstorms so it’s literally not only from the racecourse finish line, but also from this race season,” said Janet Brady of Double Diamond Jewelry.
Double Diamond Jewelry also created ornaments for your holiday tree, so pick up a keepsake or souvenir for yourself or a gift for someone on your holiday shopping list. 15% of each item purchased is donated back to the Vail Valley Foundation in each customer’s name.

Beers of Prey
In addition to all the booths open along Birds of Prey Way, you’ll find the Beers of Prey on Saturday. This is like a festival within a festival with beer tastings happening from 2-5 p.m. The Beers of Prey is celebrating 10 years but not much has changed since this started a decade ago. You can still enjoy limited-edition pours, seasonal selections, and fan-favorite brews. This is a ticketed event, and tickets are $40 the day of the Beers of Prey.
In addition to Beers of Prey, the Pumphouse Bar will be open throughout the day with Pacifico Beer, wine, mixed drinks and sodas. Aperol is back again with its famous après ski drinks and Pacifico has it’s photo op station ready to take your pictures with fun props. Stop by Casamigos and try samples of their tequilas and even new cocktails like an espresso martini.
“Diageo is thrilled to return to Birds of Prey this year with Casamigos and bring an elevated, playful experience to fans and racers alike,” said Cosmic Padilla, experiential production manager for the Casamigos experience this weekend. “Our Airstream bar will be serving complimentary samples of Casamigos Blanco ranch water and our Casamigos Añejo espresso martinis, along with exclusive Casamigos tote bag giveaways. We love being part of the epic record-setting moments in Vail and we can’t wait to celebrate an incredible weekend on the mountain with you.”
